For non-subscription products, you have a 10-business-day cooling-off period from purchase. Contact [email protected] to request cancellation. Refunds will be processed minus a 5% administration fee and any postage costs. No refunds are given after the cooling-off period.

You may not use the Website to post or transmit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful.

You are prohibited from violating the Website’s security, including but not limited to unauthorized access, probing vulnerabilities, or interference with service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this Site.

We will send you an automatic renewal notice 14 days before your contract term ends. If no action is taken, your contract will automatically renew.

By purchasing, you agree to adhere to the "What you may not say" section of our claims guide in the integrity document.

You may only report impact data exactly as recorded on your nature certificate, including time period and project details.

If you receive a secondary nature certificate, only the impact detailed on the latest certificate may be reported.

Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription plan, impact will be recalculated, and a secondary nature certificate for the actual time period served will be issued.
